”SC Chiromax SRL, the project holder for „Modernisation, Expansion, Change of Use from Dwelling to Medical Clinic, Illuminated Signage Installation, and Land Fencing”, hereby informs the interested public of the decision of the framing stage without environmental impact assessment, taken by the Galati Environmental Protection Agency (APM Galati), within the framework of the environmental impact assessment procedure, for the aforementioned project, proposed to be located in Galati, Domneasca Street, no. 82, Galati County.
The draft decision on classification and the reasons substantiating it can be consulted at the headquarters of A.P.M. Galati, str. Regiment 11 Siret, no. 2, on Mondays-Thursdays between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, and on Fridays between 8:30 AM and 1:30 PM, as well as at the following internet address http://apmgl.anpm.ro under: Regulations –> Environmental permit –> Draft classification stage decision.
Interested parties may submit comments/observations on the draft decision within 5 days of the publication of this announcement.”
